Now Hiring: Registered Nurse RN- Director of Nursing DON
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the standards of nursing practice within the facility.
- Ensure the Nursing Department remains in compliance of all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
- Complete daily rounds ensuring the residents are maintaining appropriate level of care.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator and Regional Team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Electronic Health Records knowledge.
- Knowledgable about long term care regulation
- Excellent clinical nursing practice for skills and protocol
- Clinical Leadership experience in long term care is required
License:
- Must have an Active Registered Nurse RN license to practice in the state of West Virginia.
