Full-Time Maintenance Assistant
Shift is DAYS
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment, ensuring satisfactory operations.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
On-call duty
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
Job Type: Full-Time Maintenance Assistant
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have experience in building maintenance, including HVAC, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
