Patient Concierge Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist residents and families with requests, including directions, scheduling appointments, and providing information about facility services and events.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.

Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service for residents.

Assist with event planning and coordination for resident activities and family gatherings.

Respond promptly to resident concerns or requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
· Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Patient Concierge Schedules & Benefits:
