Responsibilities Include:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
- Implement and modify therapy interventions as needed while adhering to precautions.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and at-home exercises.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in PT).
- Holds a current state license or certification as a Physical Therapist (as applicable).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
