Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and at-home exercises.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Associate’s Degree required).
- Holds a current state license or certification as a PTA (as applicable).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
