Responsibilities Unit Assistant :
Greet patient’s family / visitors / staff with friendly attitude and helping hand.
Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate .
Answer phones / schedule a ppointments.
F ollowing security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission / discharge documents
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
