What You’ll Do :

• Oversee the MDS process for accuracy and compliance
• Experience with CMS strongly preferred.
• Coordinate assessments and care plans for residents
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
