Activity Aide Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not requiredMust be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player
Activity Aide Responsibilities :
- Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
- Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
- Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator
