Responsibilities of the job will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with ADLs, mobility, and transfers.
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and implementation.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- An active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
