THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Position Overview
As a home care RN or LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include creating care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patients' conditions, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You'll also educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide emotional support. Your goal will be to provide compassionate care that promotes patients' overall health and well-being.
Schedule : Part Time positions available - Weekends specifically needed
Position Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of RN or LPN experience, Home care experience is preferred
- G-Tube
