Position Overview
As a home care nurse (RN or LPN), you'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include creating care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patients' conditions, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You'll also educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide emotional support. Your goal will be to provide compassionate care that promotes patients' overall health and well-being.
Schedule : Every Friday and Saturday from 10am to 8pm
Position Requirements
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of nursing (RN or LPN) experience, Home care experience is preferred
G-Tube
