Responsibilities of the (RN) Unit Manager :
Excellent supervisory / managerial skills
Assist with patient’s examinations and / or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the (RN) Unit Manager :
Must have experience as a Unit Manager in a skilled nursing setting
Must have your RN license in CT
Must have strong management skills
Must have Long Term Care experience
