What are the responsibilities and job description for the FLEX Position RN LPN GNA position at Complete Care at La Plata LLC?
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our clinical team at Complete Care at La Plata LLC. As a FLEX POSITION RN LPN GNA U-Pick, you will have the flexibility to work 2 weekend days per month and 2 weekday shifts per month, with the freedom to pick up additional shifts as desired.

About the Role
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
- Perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, within scope of practice.
- Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Able to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
Licenses and Certifications
RN Registered Nurse, LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant licensed to work in the state of MD.
