Your Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for administering medication to residents in accordance with their care plans. You will also perform treatments as assigned by physicians, accurately record resident conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong computer knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. While previous long-term care experience is preferred, it is not required. A valid Active Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license is essential.
