**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse-RN to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family by providing high-quality care and support.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Provide excellent patient care and support to our residents.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
