As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you'll play a hands-on role in enhancing residents' daily lives. CNA Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
- Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care
CNA Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active and unrestricted CNA certification
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care
Schedule & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $20.00 to $26.40, depending on experience and eligibility.
- Flexible scheduling: Part-time, Every Other Weekend (EOW) or Every Weekend: 7-3p or 3-11p
- Daily Pay option for financial flexibility
- Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO)
