- Your Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
- Perform treatments as assigned by physicians' orders within your scope of practice.
- Accurately report and record residents' conditions and care, including signs and symptoms that may indicate changes.
- Follow local, state, and federal guidelines for all duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Licensure Requirements: Active LPN license for the state of Connecticut.
