Activity Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
- Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
- Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
- Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
- Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player
- Computer Knowledge
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
Activity Aide Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Fullt-time 9a-5p (3days a week), 11a-7p (2 days a week), plus alternating weekends (9a-5p)
