Compensation
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Our residents hold a special place as cherished members of our extended family, and we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to them.
Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA on our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to our residents, exceeding their expectations and promoting a positive living experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines
- Deliver high-quality care that prioritizes the comfort, dignity and well-being of our residents
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need :
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- An active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
