As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating and managing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage that enhances the well-being and comfort of our residents. Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
- Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
- Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs
- Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
- Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, ability to multi-task and be well organized
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Staffing Coordinator Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-time, 7:30a-3:30p, weekends as needed, Manager on Duty rotation
