Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse-RN-MDS Coordinator will be responsible for conducting and coordinating MDS assessments for residents, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred
- 2 years proven experience as an MDS Coordinator in a long-term care setting
