**Job Responsibilities: Evening Supervisor RN or LPN**
As an Evening Supervisor RN or LPN, you will be responsible for directly supervising nursing staff on assigned shifts. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
- Conducting nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shift.
- Providing education as needed to staff, residents, and resident family members.
- Ensuring staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
- The ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
**License Requirements**
You must have an active RN Registered Nurse or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state of Maryland.
