Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Responsibilities:
- Daily documentation
- Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
- Notify pharmacy of new orders.
- Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator
Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Maryland LPN license
- Long term care experience preferred but not required
- Charge nurse opportunity requires experience in long term care
