What We Offer
Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA – $20 - 24.40/hr. Benefits include Medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(K) and PTO for full time employees (8 paid holidays), Tuition reimbursement (Up to $2,500 per semester, $5,000 annually for eligible full-time employees), and No frills – Waive benefits for an additional $1/hr.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to residents
- Work collaboratively with our collective team to create a nurturing environment
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
