NOW HIRING: Dietary Aide
Responsibilities of a Dietary Aide Include:
- Assist in food preparation following dietary guidelines and resident preferences
- Set up dining areas and ensure a welcoming environment for meals
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor and report residents’ dietary needs or changes to the dietary team
- Restock kitchen supplies and ensure inventory is organized
Qualifications of a Dietary Aide:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare (a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
