NOW HIRING: MDS Coordinator
MDS Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
Conduct MDS assessments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and facility policies.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of resident assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Monitor resident progress and update care plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.
Assist with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to staff regarding MDS processes and documentation.
MDS Coordinator Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with current NJ state license.
Experience in MDS coordination or a related field.
Strong knowledge of MDS assessments, Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
