Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor management strategies to optimize workforce efficiency while maintaining quality patient care.
- Analyze staffing patterns, overtime usage, and labor costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with facility leadership, HR, and finance teams to ensure labor budgets align with operational goals.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations.
- Oversee scheduling systems and workforce planning tools to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Provide training and guidance to facility leaders on labor cost management best practices.
- Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in labor management, workforce planning, or related roles within healthcare or a similar industry.
