Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Labor Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in analyzing labor data, optimizing staffing models, and ensuring labor compliance across our facilities. The Labor Analyst will work closely with HR, payroll, and facility leadership to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze labor costs, productivity, and staffing patterns across multiple facilities.
- Develop and maintain labor reports, dashboards, and analytics to track trends and performance.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate timekeeping and labor compliance.
- Identify opportunities for labor optimization and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to labor expenses.
- Monitor overtime, agency usage, and staffing ratios to ensure efficiency and cost control.
- Provide insights and recommendations to facility leaders for workforce planning.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
