Responsibilities:

• Assist Providers in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Guide patients through exercises and therapies designed to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and continued care
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for patient recovery
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Valid PTA license in Florida
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
