About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly calls with clinic managers and providers
- Organize and lead monthly regional training and development meetings
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and ensure consistent clinic operations
- Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions
- Manage the efficient and detail-oriented opening of new offices
- Refine office protocols and uphold quality control standards
- Serve as a liaison between department leads and regional offices to promote collaboration
- Provide operational support during staff absences
- Ensure all deadlines and key submissions are met consistently
- Develop and expand business initiatives and relationships to drive clinic and company growth
- At least 6 years of management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Management (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in training, development, and coaching
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- A dependable, innovative, and results-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
- Experience in project management and implementing change management strategies.
