As an Accounting Assistant at Complete Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our accounting department with key tasks, including financial record-keeping, report preparation, and managing daily transactions. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals in a flexible, email-driven environment.
- Handling vendor calls and inquiries while occasionally stepping in to assist the receptionist.
- Assisting with daily bank reconciliations and deposits as needed.
- Utilizing Excel to sort, filter, and organize data with ease.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, auto sum, etc.).

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in bank reconciliation.
- 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Healthcare industry background is a plus.
- Familiarity with Intacct accounting software, Tableau, or multi-entity accounting is a bonus.
