Position Summary:
Complete Care is seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to drive brand awareness and business growth within the community. This role is responsible for identifying leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing marketing strategies to increase referrals and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing communication projects, including public relations, special events, advertising, and brand awareness initiatives.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral sources, including physicians, schools, business leaders, and community organizations.
Represent Complete Care at community events, school functions, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with clinical teams and internal departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Organize and create marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to support outreach initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to provide strategic recommendations.
Act as a liaison between internal and external teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Generate leads and drive patient volume through targeted outreach efforts.
Prepare reports on marketing efforts, including performance metrics and return on investment.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, ethical interactions.
Adapt to evolving business needs and marketing priorities with flexibility and strategic thinking.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong public speaking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals.
Basic knowledge of social media and digital advertising is a plus.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis, with some evening and weekend availability.
