Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring medication distribution, blood draws, and other aspects of patient care are conducted according to local, state, and federal guidelines. You will conduct regular rounds on each unit, provide education as needed to staff and residents, and ensure all duties are performed in accordance with established protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you must have an active RN license in Connecticut, knowledge of PCC, and previous long-term care experience. Your ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks will be essential in this role.
