Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for performing ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc. You will maintain clean living conditions for residents, ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner, and perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an active CNA certification in CT, and computer knowledge. Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
