Job Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, maintaining clean living conditions, and ensuring all reports and records are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an active CNA certification in CT, and computer knowledge. Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
