**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Complete Care Glendale. This is a PRN/Casual position available for the 11-7 shift, every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care elements.
- Conduct regular nursing rounds on each unit to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
- Evaluate staff performance against local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut.
- Knowledge of PCC (Previous long-term care experience required).
