- ADON works under the DON to ensure residents' care is above excellence and safe.
- Provides leadership to the nursing staff to ensure that the highest quality care is provided.

RN License in NJ
Previous experience as ADON or Unit Manager a plus.
RN experience in LTC / SNF preferred
