Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shifts by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other aspects of patient care.
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift to ensure quality care.
- Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
