Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs.
Managing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Performing routine inspections and ensuring safety compliance.
Responding promptly to emergencies when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is:
Experienced in building maintenance and repair for LTC environment.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant-related position. Valid driver’s license.
Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
A great communicator with leadership abilities.
Flexible to handle occasional emergencies outside of regular hours.
Dedicated to bringing their smile and a positive attitude to work every day!
