Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
- Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
- Provide education as needed to staff, residents, and resident family members.
- Ensure staff are performing duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
