Job Description
The RN Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff on assigned shifts, monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other aspects of patient care. This role involves conducting nursing rounds multiple times throughout the shift and providing education to staff, residents, and their families as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have an active, unencumbered RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut and knowledge of PCC. Previous long-term care experience is also required.
