Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts, monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care.
- Conduct regular rounds on each unit, ensuring all duties align with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
- Knowledge of PCC and previous long-term care experience required.
