Job Description
You will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff on assigned shifts, monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other essential elements of patient care. Your duties will include conducting nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift, providing education as needed to staff, residents, and resident family members, and ensuring that staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
