Job Requirements
As a Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff on assigned shifts, monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other essential elements of patient care. You will also conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift, provide education as needed to staff, residents, and resident family members, and ensure that staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports as necessary, and to participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
