Floor Technician: Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Floor Technician: Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in floor maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, auto scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
- Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed during the execution of tasks.
- Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility.
- Schedule: Part-time, Day shift, every other weekend
