LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Schedules & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $32.00-$38.75, depending on eligibility
- Schedule: Full-time, Part-time & Per Diem shift opportunities available
- Daily Pay Option
- Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO for full-time employees
- Waive PTO and Insurance benefits for an additional $2.00 per hour
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per semester, $5,000 annually for eligible full-time employees
- Opportunities for advancement
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
- Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice
- Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
- Ability to lift or move residents
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving, time management & organization, teamwork and collaborating skills.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
