Assistant Director of Nursing/Infection Preventionist-RN or LPN-Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, Monthly Weekend On-Call Rotation
- Daily Pay Option
- Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO for full-time employees
- Waive PTO & Insurance Benefits: $2.00 per hour for full-time employees
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per semester, $5,000 annually for eligible full-time employees

Assistant Director of Nursing/Infection Preventionist-RN or LPN-Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Or Unencumbered Practical Nurse license
- Previous long-term care experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred, but not required
- Infection Preventionist Certification required
- Prior experience managing staff required
- Collaborate with the facility leadership and medical director to develop, implement, and evaluate the annual infection prevention goals and action plan
- Establish a facility-wide system for the prevention, identification, investigation, and control of infections of residents, staff, and visitors. This will include surveillance designed to identify possible communicable disease or infections before they spread.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of on-going staff development programs for all personnel within facility
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
- Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
