Job Description
This is not your typical administrative role. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly
organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who
goes the extra mile, takes ownership, and executes with excellence. You will oversee transaction
coordination, facilitate the negotiations and sale of the properties held by and controlled by our
company, reporting, and other operational support while keeping the CEO and team on track.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
Executive & Administrative Support
- Act as the CEO’s strategic partner, managing schedules, emails, and priorities daily.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and key business activities.
- Assist in high-level communications, internal coordination, and confidential project
- Maintain and refine organizational processes to enhance team productivity
Transaction Coordination & Dispositions
- Oversee the contract-to-close process, ensuring timely and successful closings.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, title companies, and vendors to facilitate transactions.
- Maintain accurate escrow documents, contracts, and financial record
- Manage and grow the company buyer pipeline, serving as the primary contact for buyers.
Operational & Reporting Excellence
- Generate, track, and analyze reports on key business metrics.
- Ensure all CRM and internal systems are updated and utilized effectively.
- Implement and optimize processes to streamline operations.
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing as needed.
Team & Client Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for sellers and clients, ensuring a five-star experie
- Coordinate schedules for vendors, buyers, and contractors.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless workflow and communication
Experience:
- Minimum of One year of Real Estate Administrative experience strongly preferred
- This position can be in office or hybr
Compensation:
$40,000 Fee per file
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,494.00 - $75,000.00 per year
