What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Manager position at Complete Cash?
Complete Cash is a growing title loan company. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floating Manager to join our team. As a Floating Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position will require travel. Mileage reimbursement will be paid to the floating manager going outside of a 15 mile radius of their home store. All candidates must pass a background investigation; have a current driver's license and reliable transportation. The store hours are Mon, Tues, Thur, Friday 9:20am-6pm, and Saturday 9:20am-2pm, Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
Job Responsibility:
- Extensive marketing
- Extensive telephone collections
- Processing pawns
- Taking payments
- Interact with customers face to face and over the telephone
- Maintain a clean store
- Increase store profitability
