In this role, you'll diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Conduct safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and extend vehicle lifespan
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective repair strategies
- Work with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Necessary Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required; willing to obtain CDL while employed – We train
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience, substituting 1 year of related technical training for a year of experience
- Able to bring in personal tools and apply lubrication, cooling, exhaust, and air or hydraulic systems as needed
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions, with ability to read job orders and observe vehicle operations
